The Outreach Program is a longstanding community service that helps seniors stay in their homes on an independent level as long as possible. It also helps palliative patients remain at home instead of hospital. The program operates under the umbrella of the White Rapids Manor Board and is available to residents from surrounding communities.
All homecare workers have approved education, CPR training and have completed criminal record checks.
The Lifeline program provides a measure of security and independence for seniors or the disabled with 24-hour monitoring at the touch of a button. The footcare program offers in-home services by a registered RN.

“As his health deteriorated over the almost eleven years White Rapids was his home, the dedication and respectful care he was given never wavered. He was treated with kindness and staff in all disciplines interacted with him, sometimes able to draw him out and get a smile when he lost his speech. Our family is certain that he lived as long as he did because of the wonderful care he received.’’ -Karen Elliott
